How do I use “AAROHI” – Transport ServiceIf you are a ‘Driver’ or ‘Transporter’, first you register yourself in the Margdarshanam App as amember enlisting as ‘Driver’ in the Individual membership registration form or as ‘Transporter’ inthe Organization membership registration form.Once you are enlisted, you can view the list of material/product sold by the ‘Sellers’ with theirimages, weights, dimensions and place of pick up & delivery.
You can then select what are theorders you intend to delivery and quote your courier charges.
The ‘Seller’ will then select the‘Delivery Boy/Courier’ as per his or her choice and makes contact to pick up the order.
Afteraccepting the order by the Delivery Boy/Courier either by negotiating with the ‘Sellers’ or ‘Seller’may directly place the order to their trusted Deliver Boy/Courier, the ‘Delivery Boy’ picks up theorder and verifies with the ‘Buyer’ forwarding the image of the order and also confirms the deliverycharges.The delivery of the order can be real time tracked through GPS location map by both the ‘Buyer’and the ‘Seller’ till the order is delivered.
The Delivery Boy gets his delivery charges from the‘Seller’.
If for any reason the ‘Buyer’ wants to return the order, he should first get confirmationfrom the ‘Seller’ and then the ‘Seller’ calls the ‘Delivery Boy’ to pick up the material.
In that casethe ‘Buyer’ should pay the same delivery charges what he paid earlier for receiving the order.
